How to Navigate Scheduler (Detailed)
This guide provides a straightforward approach to scheduling podcasts using PodUp, making it easier to manage your content calendar effectively. It breaks down the scheduling process into manageable steps, allowing users to customize their posts by selecting preferred views, time zones, and social media platforms. By following this guide, users can save time and ensure their podcasts are published precisely when intended, enhancing their overall productivity.
1. Click "Create"
2. Click "Scheduler"
3. Select the Month, Week or Day view as per your convenience
- Month View: Will show you the calander for the month
- Week View: Will show you the weekly view
- Day: Will show you the calander on day to day basis
4. Click on the day/date you want to schedule your post to be published
5. Once you click on the day/date, you will get a pop up window where you can fill in the details of your post
6. Click and select the time zone you are in.
For example "America/Boise"
7. Select the type of post you want to select.
For example "Podcast"
8. Click on the "Time" section to enter the time you want to schedule your post
9. Click on the Title of your post you want to schedule.
10. Select the social media platforms you want to schedule your post
11. Enter platform specific details. For example in case of Facebook, select the Facebook account
12. Select the Facebook page from the "Select Page" section
13. Similarly you can select the social media platforms and enter the related details
14. Click "Save" to succefully schedule your post
