2. Click "AI Tools"

3. Click "Newsletter"

4. Click "Generate New AI Newsletter"

5. Click the "Subject & Content" field to enter what you want your newsletter to be about

6. Click Keywords to enter the keywords of the podcast. Enter a word or phrase, then click "enter" on your keyboard to add the keyword

  • You can add multiple keywords

7. Click the "Select Blogs..." field to add a blog to your newsletter

  • This is an optional choice, but could be a good way to publicize a new article
  • Select the blog from a drop-down list of blogs in PodUp

8. The selected blog will appear in a bubble that can easily be deleted by clicking the "X"

  • You can add multiple blogs

9. Click the "Select Videos..." field to add a video episode to your newsletter

  • This is an optional choice, but could be a good way to publicize a new video
  • Select the blog from a drop-down list of videos in PodUp

10. The selected video will appear in a bubble that can easily be deleted by clicking the "X"

  • You can add multiple videos

11. Click the "Select Podcasts..." field to add a podcast to your newsletter

  • This is an optional choice, but could be a good way to publicize a new podcast
  • Select the podcast from a drop-down list of podcast in PodUp

12. The selected podcast will appear in a bubble that can easily be deleted by clicking the "X"

  • You can add multiple podcasts

13. Select the number of AI-generated images that you would like in your newsletter

  • You can have between 1 and 3
  • If you don't like the image you can replace them in the editing feature or add new images

14. Click "Content tone" to change the tone of the article - how it sounds. Using the drop-down menu choose between 1 of 20 tones

  • Formal: Uses professional, polished language; avoids slang or contractions.
    • Example – “This tool enables users to automate newsletter creation with remarkable efficiency.”
  • Humorous: Lighthearted with jokes or puns; makes content fun.
    • Example – “Let the AI do it. It doesn’t even need coffee breaks.”

  • Encouraging: Motivates and reassures the reader.
    • Example – “Even if you’ve never written a newsletter before, this AI will guide you every step.”

  • Informal: Casual and conversational; may use slang or emojis.

15. If you want to use news articles in the article, toggle (click) the point, and it will slide over to show a blue space. AI will then run a search for helpful news articles for your podcast

16. Click this range field to change the length of the newsletter

  • The text can range anywhere from 50 - 1000 words
  • An average newsletter is around 200 words

17. Click "Audience age range" to select the age range of your target audience

  • Adolescence (13-18 years)
  • Adult (19-59 years)
  • Senior Adult (60 years and above)

18. Click "Generate My Newsletter!" to start processing the newsletter

19. Click "Upload Now" to upload your logo from the file manager

20. A pop-up of the file manager will open where you can select the logo from the file manager or upload it from your computer

21. Click "Template" to open a drop-down menu of your newsletter templates

  • This will adjust the actual layout of the newsletter

22. Click the "Footer Here" field to add what you want to be your footer

  • Footer: The bottom section of a newsletter that usually includes contact details, an unsubscribe link, social media links, legal info (like privacy policy), and the company name or logo—it builds trust and keeps the email legally compliant.

23. "Content" will show you the newsletter that was generated. You can edit the newsletter to make it fit your needs

24. Edit the subject in the "Subject Line"

25. Click "Body Content" to edit the content of the newsletter

26. The links to the blog, video, and podcast can be found at the end of the newsletter

27. Click "Preview Design" to preview what the newsletter will look like in someone's inbox

28. If you want to change the newsletter, click "Regenerate Newsletter"

29. Click "Publish Newsletter" to publish the newsletter from your email service

30. Select which email service you will use for this newsletter. The programs you have integrated will appear here

31. Click "Next" to move to the next screen

32. Select the email list from a drop down menu

33. Click the email account from a drop down menu

34. Click the subject field to edit the name of the newsletter

35. Click "Individual Emails" to add more emails to the list

36. Click "Send Test Email" to send a test email to the email in the "Individual emails" field

37. Click "Send now" or "Save as Draft" depending on you when you want to send the newsletter

38. Click "Submit" to save the newsletter or send it

Click "Cancel" to delete the not save the progress

39. Click the back arrow to return to the main page

40. Click the "Search Newsletters" field to search for a specific newsletter

  • You can search by title

41. Click "Search" to run the search for the newsletter

42. Click "Reset" to reset the newsletter options to the original display

43. Click "Edit" to reopen the AI prompt or the newsletter

44. From this page you can edit any of the content

Click the back arrow to return to the main page

45. Click the 3 dots icon

46. Click "Duplicate" to make a copy to the newsletter and the prompts used to create it

47. The duplicate will appear above the original, and a green success bar will appear as a confirmation that the duplication worked
