This guide provides a straightforward process for adding guests to the PodUp application, ensuring you can efficiently manage guest information and invitations. By following the steps outlined, users can easily input necessary details and customize email templates for interview invitations. It's a valuable resource for streamlining guest management, enhancing communication, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
1. Click "Guests"
2. Click "Guest Manager"
3. You can find your "Guest List" here
4. Click "Guest settings" to open the guest intake form that can be sent to guests for them to fill out their information
The results of the guest intake form will automatically be recorded here
5. If you wish to manually add a guest to your guest manager, click "Add Guest" to add a new guest
6. Click and enter data in the respective fields. If you don't want to include a piece of information, you can skip the field
7. Click "Email Template" to modify or customize your Email Template to invite your guest to the show
An email invite will be sent to the Guest
8. Click "Invite Guest For An Interview" if you want to invite the guest for an interview
9. If you would like to invite this guest for an interview a drop down menu will appear under "Select Event" for you to chose what event you want to invite the guest to
10. Click "Save"
11. "Success! Guest User Added successfully"
12. Click the "Search text here" field and type the name, email, or phone number of a guest
13. Click "Search" to run the search and collect a list of all the guests that contain the text you are searching for
14. Click "Reset" to reset the search results to the original display
15. Click "Export Record" if you want the list of your guest
The PodUp software will generate an excel file with all the guest details and download it to your computer
16. Click "Edit" to edit the profile of the guest
17. This will take you to the form that you previously filled out and to the interview questions that you or they filled out
18. Click the back arrow to return to the Guest Manager
19. Click the 3 dots icon to see more actions
20. Click "Preview" to see the guest information in a non editable form
21. Click "Guest Records" to view the information the guest filled out on the form
22. Click "Interview Information" to view the specific details of the interview including when and where
23. Click "Recordings" to see the recordings after you have already filmed your episode
24. Click the back arrow to return to the Guest Manager main page
25. Click "Delete" to permanently delete the guest information
26. A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation, click "OK" to verify
