  • Time Descending: This option will arrange your files and folders based on their "Last Updated" (or modification) time, from the newest to the oldest. This is often the default or most commonly used sorting method to see recent changes first
  • Ascending: This option will arrange your files and folders in alphabetical (A-Z) or numerical (0-9) order based on their name

12. Click "Recent"

Recent: This filter shows you files that have been recently uploaded or modified. It's extremely useful for quickly accessing the content you've been working on most recently without having to search through all your files

13. Click "Videos"

Videos: This filter specifically displays only video files (e.g., .mp4, .mov, .webm) that you have uploaded. This helps in managing and selecting your video content efficiently

14. Click "Audios"

Audio: This filter displays only audio files (e.g., .mp3, .wav, .aac) that you have uploaded. This helps in managing and selecting your audio content efficiently

15. Click "Images"

Images: This filter displays only image files (e.g., .jpeg, .png, .gif, .webp) that you have uploaded. This is useful for managing website graphics, featured images, and gallery assets

16. Click "Guest"

Guest: This is a more specialized category, likely specific to a podcasting platform. It probably stores or allows you to manage content (e.g., audio clips, images, bios) related to podcast guests. This could be assets provided by guests or materials you've prepared about them

17. Click "Episodes"

Episodes: This is highly specific to a podcasting platform. This filter would display content directly related to your podcast episodes. This might include the final audio files, show notes, episode-specific images, or video versions of episodes

18. Click "Documents"

Documents: This filter displays only document files (e.g., .pdf, .doc, .docx, .txt, .ppt, .xls). This is useful for managing show transcripts, resource guides, PDFs for download, or other text-based materials

19. Click "Starred"

Starred: This is a "favorites" or "bookmark" feature. You can "star" (mark with a star icon) important or frequently used files, and they will then appear in this "Starred" list for quick access. This helps you prioritize and quickly locate your most critical assets

20. Click "Trash"

Trash: This is your recycling bin. When you delete files, they are typically moved to the "Trash" first, rather than being permanently deleted immediately. This allows you to recover files if you accidentally delete them. Files in the trash are usually permanently deleted after a certain period or when you manually empty the trash
