How to Connect Your Podcast to Gaana Platform
This guide walks you through connecting your podcast to Gaana. It makes the process easy and clear, helping you reach more listeners and grow your audience on the platform.
1. There are 3 ways to open "Integrations" page.
1st Method: Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home
2. Click on "Integrations" in "Favorites Modules" on your "Dashboard"
3. This is how "Integrations" page will look like.
4. 2nd Method: Click "Start"
5. Click "Integrations"
6. You will land on same "Integrations" page.
7. 3rd Method: Click "My Site"
8. Choose "Integrations"
9. Now on the "Podcast Integrations" page, make sure you have filled in all the required fields.
Red asterisks (*) indicate those fields are mandatory to be filled before you can proceed or save your changes.
10. Scroll down and you will have "Step 3: Connect Podcast Channel" section.
11. Click "Connect" button of "gaana"
12. Click "Launch gaana Podcast Connect website"
13. You will be redirected to "gaana for Podcaster" page.
14. Enter the credentials and click "Login"
15. Gaana will ask for the RSS feed URL and other details of your podcast
16. Go back to "Podcast Integrations" page on PodUp. Click "Copy!" to copy the RSS Feed URL
17. Paste the copied "RSS feed URL" and fill in other details then click "Submit"
18. Your podcast will be added and you will see a message "Your Show will be Live in 7 Working days. You will receive your show link on the portal post-approval from our team."
19. Click "Done"
20. You will be redirected to the "Home page" of "gaana for Podcasters". Click "Feed Link" on this page.
21. You will see more details about your Podcast.
22. Copy this page "URL"
23. Go back to "Podcast Integrations" page and click "Connect" button of "gaana"
24. Paste the copied link in "Podcast URL" field and click "Save"
25. "gaana" will be connected with the PodUp.
