How To Find Guests for Your Podcast in PodUp

Submit a form to the PodAllies team to request guest service. To identify suitable guests aligned with your niche, our skilled team begins by thoroughly understanding the podcast’s theme and target audience. Their guest-finding process includes conducting targeted Google research, as well as analyzing similar podcasts or competitors in the same niche. They then identify guests who have previously appeared on these shows, as they are more likely to be open to participating in ours.

1. Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home

2. Click "Guests"

3. Click "Find guest for my show"

4. The "First Name" field, "Last Name" field, and "Email" field should automatically be filled out.

If not, enter the requested information into each field

5. Write a description on the type of guests you would like to have on your show

• For example, a show on podcast may want guests who have written books about podcasting, leaders in the podcasting industry, CEOs who have started their own podcast, ect.

6. Click "Submit"

7. A green message box will appear to inform you that your request has been sent to our support team. They will email you shortly to schedule a strategy meeting
