Tip: What are Project Tags?
Project tags are simply labels or keywords you attach to your projects, like putting sticky notes on files. They help you sort, find, and organize your work easily. Instead of a messy pile, tags let you quickly see projects by client, type, or urgency. They make it simple to track progress and understand what's happening across all your tasks.
1. Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home
2. Click "Create"
3. Select "Project Tags"
4. This is how "Project Tags" page will look like.
5. To search an existing Tag, click the "Search" field.
6. Enter the Tag name you want to search and Click "Search".
7. To clear search results click "Reset".
8. To add new tags you need to click "Add tag".
9. Click the "Tag Name" field and enter the Name of the tag.
10. Once the name is added, choose the desired color.
11. Click on the preferred color.
12. Click "Save" to add the Tag or click "Cancel" to remove it.
13. "Success! Tag added successfully." message will appear once the Tag is added.
14. To edit an existing tag, click "Edit".
15. Now you can change the Name of the "Tag".
16. You can choose a different color as well.
17. Click "Update" to save the change or click "Cancel" to undo changes.
18. "Success! Tag updated successfully." message will appear.
19. To remove a Tag you need to click on "3 Dot" button.
20. Click "Delete" to remove that particular tag.
21. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion of the tag, click "OK" to remove the tag or click "Cancel" to keep the Tag.
22. "Tag deleted successfully." will appear, click "OK" to close the message box.

23. To add a Tag in "Project" click on "Create".
24. Select "Workflow Manager"

26. To add a "Tag" in a certain Project. Click the project to open it.

28. Click on the "Task" you want to add Tags to.
29. A Properties Panel will open up.
30. Click on "Add Tags" option.
