How to Navigate All Recordings in PodUp (Detailed)
1. Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home
2. Click "Record"
3. Click "All Recordings"
4. "All Recordings" page will display the most recent recordings. Click the "Search Recording" field to find a specific recording
5. To filter recordings by the studio, click "All" to see a dropdown menu of all the studio
6. To create a new studio, click "Create Studio"
7. To create a studio, add a studio title and select a recording type
You can select "Video & Audio" or "Audio Only". If you select audio only, your studio will not capture any video images
Select "Enter Studio" to finish creating the studio
8. Click the name of the episode to recording to view the tracks
9. Once in the recording, you can download the video by clicking "Download" or edit the track by selecting "Open in Editor"
10. Combined tracks will show the video of all the tracks together
Individual Tacks will show each participant's video separately
- Individual tracks can be helpful for editing out any background noise or fixing problems with the video of 1 person. This can save you from needing to redo the whole video
11. In Recordings, the 3 dots give you 5 navigation options
- Go to studio: Enter the recording studio
- Rename: Change the name of your recording
- View All Tracks: Open the individual tracks of the video
- Open in Editor: Edit the video
- Delete Recordings
12. Change the layout of the recordings from grid view to list view by the toggle on the right side
