1. Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home

2. Click "Migrations" in "Favorite Modules" on the Dashboard

3. To import your existing blog, click "Import Existing Blog"

4. To import your blog, click "RSS FEED import"

5. Enter the full RSS URL in the Text Field

6. Check the box to agree that the imported content is yours

7. Click "Import" to import the blog
