How To Backup My Podcast on PodUp

1. Navigate to https://app.podup.com/home
2. Click "Start"
3. Click "Backup"
4. Click "Manually" to adjust the frequency of the backup
5. Adjust the number field to change the number of backups that are kept
6. Click "Backup Now" to immediately backup the software
7. When it has started backing up, a popup will appear saying that your backup was initiated successfully.
8. "Existing Backups" shows the number of backups that have already happened, the size of the backup, and possible actions to take
