1. A creator on PodUp can pause their subscription for up to two months in a twelve-month period. You may "skip a month of production" no more than two times per year, and you must provide PodUp at least seven business days' notice before the new billing cycle.
2. While your subscription is paused, you pay 50% of the usual contract amount, retain access to PodUp software features, and your website remains online, but editing, publishing, and promotion services are not provided during the pause.
Keep in mind, pausing service will also disqualify you from discounts or guarantees for the paused month(s) and for two months after resuming your subscription.
