All intellectual property and other rights in your content remain yours, except for the limited rights PodUp needs to operate the service.
2. In summary, you own your content, while PodUp retains all rights to its own platform, technology, and background processes. PodUp’s rights over your content are limited to facilitating distribution, support, and platform promotion, with no ownership over your creative work.
3. This means that even though you own the content on your website, when your subscription ends, PodUp won't host your website, so it will appear as a blank screen rather than look like your website.
